This should be awesome! The folks at Kikkoman the Japanese food company are giving away a trip for two people to Tokyo including flights, hotel and more!

Sponsor: Kikkoman Sales USA, Inc., 50 California Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94111

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Trip: A trip for winner and one (1) guest (must be 18 or older) to Tokyo, Japan. Prize package includes round trip, coach class air transportation via a Sponsor-selected air carrier(s) from a major commercial airport near winner’s home selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; a 6-night hotel stay (one (1) standard room based on double occupancy) for the winner and one (1) guest. ponsor is only responsible for winner’s flight and hotel. All other expenses, including, but not limited to, ground transportation to and from airports, are not included in Trip Prize. Winner is responsible for all transportation costs to and from the airport. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) for the Trip Prize is $15,000. Actual value of Trip Prize may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. All travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The winner of the Trip Prize must travel as and when designated by Sponsor or the Trip Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate selected winner chosen.

Four (4) Finalist Prizes: A check for $1,000 made out to each of the 4 Finalist Prize winners (the runners up in the Public Voting Period). ARV of each Finalist Prize is $1,000.
Forty-five (45) Honorable Mention Prizes: A gift pack of Kikkoman-branded items, determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV of each Honorable Mention Prize is $80.
Total ARV of all Contest Prizes: $23,420.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) (except Alabama and Nebraska 19 and 21 in Mississippi) years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Employees, officers and directors of Kikkoman Sales USA, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates, Ketchum Inc., Realtime Media LLC (the “Administrator”), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate family members and those living in the same household as such individuals (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or win a prize. For purposes of this Promotion, immediate family members are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and those living in the same household shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not. By participating in the Promotion, you release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Parties, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any prize.
